Pharmacy is terrible. If you choose this location for your meds , be prepared to wait over an hour for pickup after they text you 50 time saying your meds are ready. Switching to Kroger

It's just not how it used to be. So much aggravation. It should not be so difficult to get prescriptions, especially when the prescriptions have been mostly routine for years. I don't know what to do. I just want my medicine on time and not have to pull teeth to get them.

I was on hold for the pharmacy the first time around for 10 minutes. Then all of sudden the phone was disconnected. I have now waited for my second time on the phone for the pharmacy and it was 30 minutes. This time the phone disconnected after so many rings. I even had a woman pick up the phone and tell me to hold before I was disconnected. I have had several different location experiences in the last decade

Tried them ONCE for meds. This is all that it took. Have not had my high blood meds for 2 months when they charged my ins for 3. Just went to pick-up my last of my 3 month for cholesterol meds. An I guess they are going to f@?k me on them too.
