Pros - Convenient - Not too far away from most places. Usually a walk distance away.Cons -Outdated equipment - With the exception of the self checkout lines being readily available some checkout machines are decades behind. An associate claimed the machine in electronics department is from the early 1990s .Cleanliness - By far the messiest Wal-Mart on this side of the Delaware. Granted it is a smaller store BUT I would figure that they would avoid being Dollar Tree levels of bad.Toxic employees - As a frequent customer I go there to find updated stock in the early morning hours. Some of these associates tend to mouth off while working and gossip about customers. I get that some customers are unruly and not always right BUT this behavior is unacceptable. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I am impressed with the Walmart on Columbus Pike. I ordered 3 boxes of croissants, but 2 of the 3 boxes were expired. I mentioned it in my survey, but didn't expect to hear back. I noticed some time after I received an email letting me know that they REFUNDED me. Not only did they do that, but I received a call from the store this morning following up with explanation and advising of the refund. WALMART CARES! I APPRECIATE YOU!

by far one of the worst Walmarts around. items are limited and expensive especially when it comes to food. then you have crappy customer service. people legit hate working there and are miserable which then transitions to the customers. actively complaining about work in front of customers speaks volumes for their management. save your money and head to Kroger in the same shopping center.

Don't waste your time... I had money transferred... It says on their website someone is there till 5 to do it and it can be done in ten minutes of the transfer... I stood in line 20 minutes and was told the employee who did the money services was gone for the day and they wouldn't have a money transfer employee till Monday... Possibly Tuesday due to MLK... Was told to go to a Walmart 40 minutes away but they couldn't get guarantee that employee would be there either... So I left to find an employee and returned to the line and waited another ten minutes in line to ask for a manager... Employee Dana called for a manager who never came, and I had to flag down an employee... She walked away... Flagged down Evens an employee who told me to go another Walmart and lectured me they were short on staff... Unfortunately, I had 20 employees standing around on their phones doing nothing... Worst customer service ever and nothing is ever their fault! FYI I cancelled the transfer and went elsewhere...

This store is ok they do lack the selection of a super center Walmart. You will find the prices on what they sell such as cleaning items is way cheaper then Meijer and Kroger. If you change your own oil nodody in town beats Walmart on oil and filter prices period. Even the super tech oil line is made by a top tier oil company this is a fact. The return policy is also very good. The bottom line is do you want to save money? Why pay more for a name brand item at another store when Walmart is cheaper?

9-16-19 Went in to pick up a new toaster to replace my old one that burns everything. It took almost 10 minutes to even find the toasters, there were very few to choose from so they we eclipsed on the shelf by other appliances. Of the two types/brands I ended up choosing the most expensive one for $45, it was 4 slice with large bagel slots by a trusted brand. 9-17-19 I wanted to make toast to tryout my new toaster, and it didn't work. The left side worked just fine. The right side wouldn't pop down it didn't heat even if I stood there and held it down. I had an 11:45 appointment it was only 9:30 so I figured I had enough time to run back to the store, which is what I did. They had one box on the shelf, I grabbed it and headed home. I got home opened the box and just about threw the toaster across the room. In the box was not my beautiful $45 toaster but an exceptionally old one where somebody had bought a toaster and then returned their 20 yr old toaster in the new toaster's box! The CSM apologized and looked at her little hand held scanner and was able to tell me that it showed they had one more in stock. By this time I'm starting to run out of time for my appt but I waited, although my anger level was rising. After10 minutes she came back to tell me there were no more toasters all. Conclusion - This shopping experience was an epic FAIL Did not check returned merchandise per store policy, did not offer to order one in from another store, did not offer to have one shipped to my home.

ALL of the electric scooters were dead or going dead after we got back into the store. Employees tried to find others but there were none. One employee said they just got ONE new one in but it had to be returned for some reason. They need to buy TEN more if they want people to be able to shop. We had to leave without half of what we wanted due to lack of scooters. Long story why we didn't have our own....but figured Walmart should have availability. Not.

The restrooms at this location were absolutely disgusting. They looked like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The smell was horrific and toilet paper was all over the floor. The paper towels weren't in their containers and they were all wet.

This is a very old and very small Walmart. Their selection of items is not the greatest because of this. But they have everything a Walmart tends to have but since it is not a super center it does not have the grocery part. There is a Kroger right across the parking lot though if you need more groceries than the store has. The parking lot though is very confusing so it is a little hard to get in and out of. Also there is never many check out lanes open so you tend to have to wait in line. They have self check out but that is always full as well. This Walmart is nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

this is a great store. its not a super center, its small but has all you need. Its not a market but has the basics of groceries. Its a very friendly place and the associates are helpful. Its clean but you have to realize it is an older store. It has character.
