Pickleball is quite alive in Delaware Community Center. Three courts are marked out with rollout nets, making it easy to start a game. The staff and players are very friendly and welcome new players.

There are nearby communities with better facilities that cost less for a non-resident than this place does for a resident. Don't bother.

Staff was trying to make sure we didn’t get in even though we had a pass and had proof. As soon as we got to the weight room they kicked us out because they THOUGHT we hadn’t taken the lifting class even though we had.

Overall, I like the facility and staff, but I have had some odd encounters with men in the workout area of this location the last few times I have gone. This has deterred me from wanting to go back to this specific location alone.

The lady just attended,my family and l,super friendly,she make welcome,very happy the first time we visited this location ,l used the hot tub maybe the 5 minutes break lol, another ladie coming to me ,make more relaxing help with the hot tub, live guard very attended watching all,l recommend this location thanks YMCA ?

We typically come to this location for the pool. Lots of options, one of the pools is heated, there are things for both adults and kids to do, and it's typically not too crowded. The enhanced facilities in the private changing rooms are really nice to have, and things are generally clean and well maintained. Just wish we lived closer and/or they were open a little later so we had more time to head up there.

Woman at the counter was extraordinarily rude to me and my daughter. Older heavyset woman. I’m heavily tattooed and she felt it necessary to comment “we’re just here to have fun, not to make trouble right” while we were checking in. Even my daughter as we were walking away from the checkout counter was confused as to why someone would say something like that. That was the last time we came here - unfortunate being Delaware residents we now drive all the way to Worthington to swim at the YMCA to avoid this abomination of a personality.
What a shame people like this still walk the earth. Such an abhorrent comment from a horrible person.

I wouldn’t recommend it based on a very bad experience as One of the sitters at the Child Watch aggressively touched my son’s wrist , luckily I was there with my mom to witness it, unfortunately we trusted the Y management to make the right decision, but after one month of her being suspended, they have decided to bring her back by giving her more training about how to touch a child their excuse was that she have a great record working with children ,our question was why someone with a great record needed more training on how to touch a child! We have documented pictures and video of the bruises that she left on my son's wrist, we are very disappointed of how they handled the situation, but l'm very happy I was there in time to pull my son out . this was not a safe place for my son or our family to continue with
