“Akron plant accidentally sent a time sensitive package to USPS Malvern instead of Newton Falls an hour away. I called this post office and they were polite and answered the phone early in the morning. They confirmed they got my package that wasn’t supposed to be there. I drove down and was able to retrieve this package. The crew was apologetic for USPS mistake and I told them it wasn’t their fault the Akron Hub routed my stuff there. Nice small PO that you can tell cares about their customers.”
