Hard to rate when it is the only grocery in town.The prices can be hefty but it is great to have a local grocery.They will never have the complete lines of ethnic choices and fresh seafoods that the Meijers and Walmarts have.

Chief's is a great place to shop. It's a little pricey to make it my full-time grocery store. I do watch the ads and go for specials because they carry quality brands discount stores do not. The deli and specialty cheese department is great for special occasions or a treat. The meat department far exceeds the other stores in quality and the ability to buy a large amount or just enough for one or two people. It's nice to have an individual bag your groceries and help you out to your car if you like. Sign up for the savings plan to save extra money. Enjoy the store for what it is a great specialty store.

They are normally out of stock of a lot of items, we bought lemons from there and two in the bag were moldy already. Their website never tells you if they are out of stock on items. Hands down worst chief I’ve personally been to, on the other hand their staff is OUTSTANDING with customer service.
