Twice the night shift cashier Gale has called the cops on us for no reason. Last night was the breaking point. She just lost her mind on us and it's harassment and discrimination. We are always polite and respectful but Gale is too much. Next steps is getting our attorney involved because we shouldn't feel unsafe buying gas and cigarettes. Also... why does Gale close the store and say all the computers are down when the gas pumps work just fine. This happens alot when she works nights. Crazy how that works!!!!
Update:
We tried to talk to the manager Brandy this second time and she refused to listen. Basically just said she didn't care about or want to deal with the problem. One of the employees showed us proof via text and email that the owner/company knew/still know this is an ongoing problem with Gale but they don't want to deal with it. I know that Gale part of the problem but when you have multiple people complaining about her and the manager Brandy does nothing....that's an even bigger problem. As a manager Brandy should know how to listen, evaluate the problem and find a peaceful solution and the fact that she doesn't shocks me.
Also because I like having proof...I attached both sets videos of the first incident with Gale and then us talking to Brandy, then the second set of videos of Gale loses her everloving mind on us with another employee as a witness and the video of the next day with us trying to talk to Brandy and her telling us it's not her problem. This morning I went to look because our lawyer said she didn't see them just for us to find them gone. So if anyone wants to see them shoot me a message.

Their drink dispenser has been down for months and the bathroom is always disgusting. I'm glad they have hand sanitizer by the front door because I felt like I needed a shower only walking into the bathroom I didn't even try to use 🤢

It's too bad this company takes advantage of the good employees and don't want to pay the people who deserve it like a friend of mine who can't even get a response back from his boss Kerri great management won't even compromise with him he is a great employee and hard working and in my opinion Chris deserves whatever he is asking for with everything he does and everywhere he goes

Nice selection of products for everyday life including snacks, vehicle items, an drinks! Also it's a gas station, prices are comparable to other stations in the area.

The Circle K in Lima, which is 13 miles away from the one here in Delphos, sells their gas 26 cents/gallon cheaper. Talk about price gouging.

This is a very poorly ran gas station. There's often boxes of food and other items that haven't been put away. Their coolers are often in disarray and empty. Their ice cream selection is completely frostbitten. But the most important thing is the employees are insanely lazy. I purchased $21 worth of items and the young man at the cash register just threw the bag on top of the stuff and walked away. I asked him if he was going to bag it & he just snarled at me. I said wow you're lazy he and told me he didn't have the energy to deal with me. I told him he didn't even have the energy to bag a few items. Avoid this place.

My partner who is Autoimmune compromised was just belittled at this store by a customer who would not follow social distancing guidelines, no mask coughing his brains out.He was asked politely to step back, and so like a child started belting like a sheep in the middle of this station.This tool was not handled by the employee, instead my partner was asked to leave the store for telling him she didn't need or want his opinion.

They never pick up the phones because I know for a fact who ever is working is outside smoking a cigarette with the other person they’re working with. My brother worked here and said the energy of this place is so negative that he’d never want to work in a gas station again because they ruined it.
