We delivered a couple of day cabs and after we were unloaded the rear air bag busted. Sounded like a bomb going off. Matt got a new air bag for us came out and installed it. He was fast, professional and just a really nice guy. I’ll be saving his number in my phone for future reference.

July 25th, 2025. Broke down in Beaverdam, OH. Called Thompson Roadside Assistance, explained what was going on, he showed up to look at my truck. After fixing several things on my truck, Matt did an outstanding, amazing job. His customer service and patience was through the roof. Will recommend to anyone 10/10

Thomson road side assistance is very kind and real human. I was sitting at fly J when he came here for another truck driver.
I told him my situation about missing brake shoe spring on trailer. Really I had no enough money to pay him fixed. He look at me few times and told me pay what ever you can.
I don’t have words to describe him more, but this kindly man is real life saver. He deserves more stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️thanks Thomson I will never forget about your help.

We had a driver break down at the rest area on US 30 W, Matt came out diagnosed the truck and helped us source the parts. We ended up only finding the part in Indianapolis, IN so we got the part taken to him which he received at 2am in the morning. Matt went back to our truck and fixed it so we could make our delivery in Portage, MI that next morning. We will be using Matt if we are anywhere near his or within 0-75 miles. He did not overcharge us and was easy to work with. Thanks again Matt.
