Tellers do NOT know their policies and procedures. Went into branch to deposit my payroll check and was told I had access to $275 and the remaining amount was put on hold till next day. This was even typed on my deposit paper. Went to use my card and it was declined. I called this local branch and they told me the fraud department put a hold on the whole check. So they transferred me to the fraud department and they blamed the branch. The branch manager was not helpful and rude.

The ATM is so small and they have this yellow post at the end for no reason I drove through and dented the bed of my truck because they have that pole for no reason.
