This is not a authorized Verizon location I sat there waiting for a hour watching and listening to employees who did not know how to do there job without calling other employees or what basic info on the products they sold was or how to use Google to figure it out for there customers. Then I heard a employee asking for account and password info off of a customer. Do keep in mind this is 10 minutes after saying they were not a authorized Verizon store.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!
Making Payments on a 1200$ phone, Car issues came up so it turned off for a month.
I go back to pay it, and they tell me it didn't come from there. I have the Box, The Phone, and the Reciept. Told guy I have the Reciept and he started to raise his voice. Very Disrespectful, if I didn't have a child with me, he would of gotten punched with the way he was yelling at me in front of my son when I did not raise my voice once.
Nothing is Adding up besides the Reciept and Store Location at the same exact address I walked into, payed 700 so far. Phone is a 1400$ phone.

Mom my and I went into Verizon today to get new phones, and Jake was amazing! We came in when there were also 4 or 5 other people there, and he handled everyone so well by himself. Thanks again Jake for the absolute best service ever!

Very helpful. They helped us pick out a new phone and set it up for us. I definitely recommend this store over the big one in Lima.

The one gal was very knowledgeable but had to keep helping the other one who was new. That's fine except we ended up waiting for a very long time.
