We've used Kern HCP several times within the last year and have been pleased with the service and responsiveness. Adam and Dave are beyond awesome! These guys work hard and maintain such a friendly, welcoming, and positive attitude. They get the job done and make sure you’re happy with the results. They make certain to clean up after themselves to a near perfection. Bob makes sure you know the plan before they begin and Tyrelle in the office keeps you posted on the schedule. All around awesome company and I would highly recommend!

I’ve had Kerns out a couple times. All of their guys are incredible. David and Adam are super knowledgeable and helpful. Bob is sincere and honest with estimates and advice. Finding a company that is trustworthy is a great concern for everyone. Kern’s is extremely trustworthy.

Must be the nicest contracting company in Ohio. Our heat unexpectedly went out so I called Kern. They fit me in same day, given how cold it was outside, so we wouldn’t have to go without heat overnight. The technician, Sam, was so polite and helpful at explaining what happened and how to trouble shoot the issue if we came across it again. I would absolutely recommend utilizing their services!

I called Kern heating after waking up to no heat. Bob was super awesome and getting a tech out to the house without hesitation even though they were booked for the day. David Myers stopped out and help me quickly figure out the issue. These guys are the real deal. Super professional and super personable. I got that feeling like we had been doing business for years. I would recommend them 10/10 times.
