This place has to have the worst times for transactions in the drive-thru!!! Never at any other bank have I ha f to wait 20-30 minutes just to cash a check. This is not a 1-time thing either, it is every time we come here. If it wasn't for my clients having to come here, we wouldn't!

Interests rates are ok. The problem is they charge a fee to do any payment that is not a mail-in check. Stamps, envelopes, and checks still cost money.

Wouldn't recommend for personal/auto loans if you want to manage online the system they use does not show up to date balances. I made a mistake and had a late payment and no late fees ever showed on my online account so the next payments I made were used for late fees I had no idea I owed until over a month later when I finally got mail saying I was several hundred dollars behind. Now I have 3 late payment marks on my credit that should only have been one after paying several hundred in late fees.
