I don’t understand all these negative reviews. As a diabetic with multiple other health issues, I have 7 or 8 different monthly prescriptions at any given time. This pharmacy is always helpful and always quick to respond. The gentleman with the long hair is probably the best pharmacy tech in the tri-state area. On multiple occasions he has gone above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need and clearly explains any issues that arise. This is by far the best Kroger pharmacy.

cause I went in to Kroger's in Harrison Ohio to get a pair of pants and the lady it works in the clothing department, accuse me of high staff, and stealing, which I am not a thief And I wasn't hiding anything was very rude, threatening hateful speech. She threatened to call the cops on me and I didn't do anything wrong.

Looks like a superstore doesn't operate like a superstore no deli selections where other stores have Mexican, Italian and other counters. No, not this one a lonely, fry, dried chicken, and a dried up rib.

Yes, often have to wait a while since they are so busy. Always able to fill my prescriptions, always bill insurance correctly. Staff is friendly.

Absolutely awful. With any other Kroger pharmacy I might be more lenient, but deliberately obfuscating your phone line's option to speak with a representative, all to avoid dealing with re-stocking issues? Completely asinine move. How is it that this pharmacy, with as large as it is comparatively to others, is able to move less medication and create more obstruction? The only answer here would be in the lack of transparency.Clearly, there's an issue with being upfront with customers regarding the logistics behind the supplier and delivery process. I understand there's a shortage in the Adderall of all things right now, however with the automation currently in-place, there is no definitive way to actually get ahold of someone regarding my other options for my prescription at this location, specifically. Even after heading through all the prompts to reach the representative line, the front-end associates will not pick up.Adderall is classified as a Schedule 2 drug, meaning that the option for automatically refilling is non-existent at this time. Even with my dosage being so low at 5mg, I still need to call into my doctor monthly to get a refill scheduled to this location. To wrap... If you're going to keep moving the phone lines to prevent people from calling because you can't keep up with the demand... Either address the problem at hand, giving customers the option to see what other doses are in-stock to work with my doctor on, or don't bother calling this stores' "pharmacy" a pharmacy at all.

Having a good experience so far. They have been very quick getting each car through the drive-thru. I like that they defaulted to giving me 3-month supplies of scripts rather than just 1 month at a time.

switched to their pharmacy a couple of months ago and have had to wait in the pickup line for over an hour every single time I've gone.

Totally messed up with my 4 prescriptions today I was told by Pharmisicst that they would be ready at 3 and this was at 12 p.m this afternoon and when I returned ay 345ish only 1 was filled so I'm still waiting on 2 to be filled and I've been sick for weeks was finally able to get in doc and get prescriptions now the pharmacy is keeping me from my prescriptions causing me to not get better as fast as I possibly could with better service. We all have bills and need to go to work Ive been working sick and need my meds bad I've not slept more than 2 hours a night for the past month or longer...

I loved waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and when I get to the window, no one says anything although I can hear them laughing and chatting away. And they allow people to wait for their prescriptions that aren’t ready yet causing other people to have to wait because there is NEVER more than one lane open. But when I press the help button, they just go to lunch and leave you sitting there without saying anything. Causing me to have to go all the way home and come back later because my son needs this medication. Maybe train your employees to communicate with customers instead of ignoring them and being rude because you’re in a hurry to go to lunch. I was there before 1 o’clock, by the way.

They had me wait on a prescription eye drop order for 20 mins to then tell me it's out of stock.

Employees seem unfriendly & frustrated. Long lines constantly, prescriptions are not being filled in the timeframe mentioned and they close for an hour in the middle of the afternoon. Who does that? Unbelievable!

They are great and actually call you back if you leave a voice message. Never a line really, and when there is it goes really fast. The pharmacist is more than willing to help answer my questions too. I recommend this pharmacy.

The worst. Will not answer the phone, very slow when in store, no sense of urgency whatsoever.

This location is always very busy and slow. Often prescriptions are not ready when promised and you either have to wait or come back later. The employees seem overworked and beaten down from the volume of prescriptions that flow through this pharmacy. I would recommend using a local neighborhood pharmacy rather than this place.

It seems like almost every other time I come to this store there is an issue. Whether it be price error, tag errors, or even just pure customer service. Maria is the manager there and to be honest, I have no idea why she's not fired at this point. If you look at other Yelp reviews people also mention her there too! Never seen that before. I've worked in customer service and managerial roles before and what she's doing is not it. For her own staff to complain to customers about her abilities and treatment says A LOT. The store is large with lots of stock and variety, the cashiers and stock boys are nice, it's just when management or customer service desk gets involved everything goes to he!!. They honestly don't care about how they reflect Kroger's image or customer satisfaction. To them it's whatever because they get paid regardless if kroger loses business or not.
