Our family experienced a house fire and totally lost our home. Ferrell Insurance agency and Ohio Mutual Insurance Co. were so wonderful and helpful as we proceeded to rebuild our home and restock our possessions. They were always willing to answer questions, give guidance and were more than fair in their reimbursement to us. We have also had a couple incidents with deer and hail. These, too, were handled professionally. We love Ferrell Insurance Agency and Tracie our agent.
