Everyone is very nice, and the Dr was great. We had a little bit of a wait, but other than that this place is great.

I've come here off on for long time they care very much about their parents. Recently took my cousin's Cat and they were very nice to me on the phone. Same Vet is there that been there for long time! I will be taking my Animals there in future beautiful people are very experienced.

The rudest vet i have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Very money oriented instead of the love for the animal. It’s a shame because the secretaries and vet techs are awesome, but Katrina the vet needs a real reality check. Never go here.

Staff were very kind and compassionate. My pets were accurately diagnosed, treated with care and dignity. Staff were always upfront with costs and they are very reasonably priced. I was able to have my pets scheduled to be seen in a timely manner.

I have a big American bully family. We had to change vets and was so skeptical going to a new place. The staff was amazing and the service was A1. I brought in 7 puppies and 3 grown dog. The process went so smoothly, dogs responded great with the staff. I took 3 puppies to do a liter check and compared it to Appletree veterinary clinic with 7 puppies. Wow did I save money, was given all the information I needed. Never got bothered by my million questions ?. Would recommend them to anyone who cares for there pet/family member.

I recently took my mom’s older dog to be put to sleep as it was her time. I had the most disgusting experience with this veterinary clinic. I called them and made an appointment. The receptionist was excellent at fitting us in under short notice same day appointment with a 330 pm appointment time. We arrive early at around 215pm. I walk into the front, and let them know that we are here and will wait in the car. Snooks, (my mom’s dog) are disabled and didn’t want to stress her in the waiting room. The staff came out to the car, and asked if they can put her on a gurney. I requested that we can carry her in she was comfortably on her favorite bad (my sister and I as I didn’t want to stress her out). The staff goes back into the veterinary office and I’m assuming spoke to the vet, whom said that was not okay the gurney would need to be used. My younger sister, pleaded to see if we can carry her in because she didn’t want Snooks to be stressed. The staff came out, told us the veterinary would not see her today and we would need to go elsewhere. Mind you this all happened before our appointment. slot which was 330pm. I explained to the staff that I could not simply bring her home as she is a 90 pound dog who was having nonstop seizures and there is multiple disabilities in the home it would NOT be safe and she had 0 brain activity. Morgan was kind, went back into the vet explained the situation and she agreed. They wanted to put her on the gurney and we allowed it, although we had to lift her on it so not sure why they were SO adamant about this being used. Because they couldn’t lift her anyways. They take her into the back room to weigh her, we are in the first room that you use with the side door. I see the veterinarian filling out paperwork and I hear her yelling at her staff. “where is IT supposed to go” the girl stated that we are in the office then the vet repeats “where is IT going” The girl explains that we are STILL in there. Then the vet storms back to the room where they are weighing her and scolds her, while we can hear it. I find this extremely unprofessional. When the veterinarian realized we were inside the practice and can hear everything she had said- she comes to us all sunshine and rainbows and tells us how it’s a miscommunication. I just do not understand how a veterinarian who should have some bed side manner can act this way. It truly disgusts me that she could have acted this way given the circumstance as to why we were there. She was more concerned with placing blame, scolding people in her office in front of customers. I do not often leave reviews of this length- but seriously if you can avoid this place please do. I just cannot explain how uncomfortable this experience was and how much blame the veterinarian was trying to push off on other people. If she cannot be compassionate may I suggest she get out of being a vet. It is the most uncompassionate vet’s office I have ever been to. We will not be going back.
