“I love Take 5! The workers are always so accommodating and kind, especially Alicia!! She always has a positive attitude and is so welcoming everytime I come through. She was kind enough to go out of her way to spray my mats for me during my last visit. Take 5 is always clean with trashcans always being emptied, no litter on ground and cleaning products are always ready to go for self serve.”

“Got me bavk on the road at a fare price.We had an air brake failure a few miles south of exit 81, headed north. I had a little brakes. Was able to make it to their shop. They took me right in. They needed to get a part. They had me back on the road in 2 hours and 15 minutes”
“Washed our Great Pyrenees (were crazy I know) at the dog spaw and it did its job and it went amazing! Card was not working and we called the assistance number and they got it fixed really quick! Thank yall so much for helping us! Our big girl was clean in 16 minutes! Will definitely be coming back!”

“Used the hand bay and thought I would utilize the wireless pay. Normally would cost $3.00 but after seeing bank statement the wireless pay charged $10.00 from my account. Went back and looked at panel and NOWHERE does it say it would cost $10.00
It’s way more about principal then money. Would give 0 stars but have to give a one to post.
Update…
Owner responded back and said $10.00 was a hold and not actual amount that would be charged to my account. Actual charge was $3.00 which is what I originally expected. Super convenient to be able to use Apple Pay. He was indeed correct, review updated to 5 stars”

“I love sheetz! Their food is amazing for a gas station and so inexpensive. Also it's consistent and it's ready quickly and they have so many different options to customize your food. However today I was looking forward to my peppermint mocha. I took a sip right away and it tasted okay but it wasn't until I got home that I realized they forgot the whipped cream! If you're a whipped cream addict like me then you know how disappointing this is. First world problem I know, but really just wanted to shout out to sheets and all the wonderful things but they create. And since I'm a single mom with a special needs son who recently broke her wrist, having their food service available has been a lifesaver!”

I've been to both locations of this touchless car wash and have had excellent experiences every time. The convenience, speed, and quality are top-notch — and best of all, I never have to worry about scratches on my paint!
The North Wooster spot is perfect when I’m heading home from work — always quick service and rarely a wait. The water pressure and soap coverage are consistent, and my car always comes out looking spotless. I especially love how well the undercarriage gets cleaned
Everything is super clean and well-maintained, and the payment process is smooth and modern — card, app, or cash, no hassle.
Both locations clearly prioritize customer satisfaction. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed, and the equipment always looks new and well-kept. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
