They have stopped payment on 2 checks written to my church. They were written on different dates, maybe in the same amount, but seriously, you can't see that they were written to a church - dated on different dates and on a Sunday. Unbelievable...... you know why the checks numbers are only one digit apart, because I pay my bills online. The third time is a charm folks, I have dealt with Chase Bank since they took over for Bank Ohio, and right now I have 2 Chase credit cards, my checking and savings. The next time this happens, I will be changing all of my accounts to another bank. I will drag you thru my face book account, I have more than several friends that also do business with Chase. I would like the 2 checks that you stopped payment on credited to the Church's account. I don't think there is anymore I have to add, only that I'm very PO'd!!!!!

Never in a million years would I refer anyone to use chase bank for credit cards . They are good for nothing. They will never help you if you're struggling to make the payments. Never met a credit card company as worse as them.

They charge a fee to cash their own cashiers checks and wont allow you to deposit cash into a family members account but would let me deposit a check unless you're on the account! My friends paychecks are from chase. They charge him 7.00 to cash them! Since when do banks charge to cash checks from their own bank? My bank doesn't!

Had an appt. with Trish to have a Chase refinance notarized and have to say it was the best experience I’ve had with a banker yet. She was very accommodating and asked me about just about every aspect of my working with chase to make sure I was satisfied. She even got me a replacement card next day shipped since I mentioned my current card was damaged. I will make every effort to work with her again if I am in need of future chase services. Thanks Trish!

I have banked here for years but no more. Only time my fiance and I have to go into the bank is Friday evening. Went there today at 530 to open another account for other purposes and was told it would take to long because they close at 6. Even called ahead of time and was told it should be no problem. Tired of the new management and horrible customer service.

The people that work there are nice but the bank is under staffed and the rules at the bank is like no other big bank crazy hard to do business with.
