Excellent work! The best shop in town! After hitting a deer with my brand new car -12 years ago-they fixed/painted it back to perfect. After 12 years, a tiny place peeled by the drivers door handle - they honored their warranty and fixed it!!!! That's pretty unheard of these days. We are super impressed!!!

I have definitely had better work done at other places locally. I filed a claim for my wife's Honda Civic. I would like to say that AAA did an excellent job with the claim and getting the ball rolling. I have had body work done at other local establishments here in Dover New Philly that were quick did it right the first time!! I took a Gamble with this company because Triple A recommended them not impressed at all! I received my wife's Honda Civic back the door that was repaired is now sticking.The honda civic returned with a gap between the side molding and the hood. I cant for the life of me understand how something can be in a shop for over a week and quality control didn't catch that immediately! I stopped down there with my wife immediately and had the estimator come out and look at it. I will give the guy credit he was nice and admitted that he messed up, but with new customers that's had better experiences with other companies this in my opinion is definitely not starting out well.I expect attention to detail, and being quicker on the job that means staying over working weekends whatever it takes. I believe companies are different than they were 20 years ago some people work 60 hours a week will even work a Friday or late Saturday whatever it takes to get the job done quicker and more efficiently and right the first time. I might be a veteran thinking like military but it's just my opinion about a lot of these companies.

I was hit by something in a parking lot while I was inside shopping. Ended up needing a new bumper and quarter panel, plus fixing some scratches. CUA gave a reasonable estimate and a reasonable timeframe. They were ready when they said they would be, had the repairs done when they said, and did a great job for the quoted amount. When I had questions, they were available to answer, always polite, professional, and positive. If there is anything else I could ask for, I don't know what it is. I hope to never need repairs again, but if I do, I will definitely go to CUA!

I have an F-150 and I hit a deer. They fixed my truck very well and it's back to new. They even waxed and washed it I think, it was very clean :). Thanks CUA for fixing my truck, I appreciate it.
