I couldn't tell if it was open or not. I saw people in there but the signs saying that the location was temporarily closed was still up so I thought they could've just been working on the store from the inside.

Not a new Dollar General. It has everything you could need at a good price. The employees all are wearing masks and there are masks at the door should you walk in with out one.
