Just got a truck financed here, bad mistake. Lousy hours and charge a $5 fee just to make an online payment. I was not informed about this fee which adds $365 to my loan. Not happy.

I love the girls there.. Always super nice and friendly. However... I can't set up my online banking to check my account. They have rejected deposits and in return we have to wait for a check to come by mail. This has become very frustrating.
