Been going for years ,typically have zero problems ,everyone's usually great and friendly ...... but the lady i had today,,,, all I can say is I want what I want please just take my money and do the job and not express your disapproval so heavily.... if it was such a problem just tell me it's not a big deal we can always find someone else to do it,, craziest part is you actually did a damn good job ? but coulda went with out the heavy judgment the entire time

I wanted to get my mother-in-law a shampoo & haircut, but we'd driven from far off. They took her without an appointment & did a great job. They were very kind to her, & had a cheaper senior haircut rate.

Girl was nice but doesn’t know how long an inch is , my hair was long and perfectly straight, I asked her to take 2 inches off straight across, she ended up taking closer to 3 inches off, at least on one side ?. Right side is shorter than left and all chopped up ?so much for saving money with a coupon now I have to go somewhere else and pay to get it fixed, I did not notice this til next morning when I washed it and I was definitely not going back there to get it fixed ?
