They are very busy because they are a good business. You may wait for your mower part or it may wait in line behind others, but it will be fixed right and wont break your wallet when you pick up. But why pick up when delivery is so cheap!

Sold me a used part for more than a new one would have cost me. Not impressed.Since Google does not allow me to respond to your answer I'm editing this post so that I can explain more thoroughly what I was told. The person that waited on me was extremely pleasant to deal with.I was told that I would not be given a receipt because the part was used and could not be returned. When my husband threw a fit over how much I paid for a used part I looked up the cost of a new one on Google only to find out that he was right. I am a very trusting person and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt that I will be treated fairly.

No customer service. Very rude. My mother recently had them service her Cubcadet, which was purchased by them, she was charged $194.00 for $30.00 worth of services to the mower. She was totally taken advantage of by this company & will not be dealing with them ever again. This is no way to treat your customers if you want to stay in business!!!! When the owner was confronted about this, he was very rude & hung the phone up on me!!
