I’ve went to McBrides Several Times, I was Treated Well and Respected and Kept in the Loop, I can Grantee this shop will do it right. I put a full custom exhaust system on my 2005 GT and they did amazing. I had them install Long Tube Headers and Pype Bomb muffler replacements. I also Got a Tune for those mods. And my Mustang is running stronger then ever. On my other Mustang I own I also had them tune that one as well, both run stronger then ever. At times it can feel it’s taking longer than expected but that’s because they really do the top high quality work and do it correctly. I have never had one bad experience with Mcbrides.

McBride is the Best mechanic around. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. They went above and beyond when every other place we’ve taken into for the past five years has not even helped us. Or made our vehicles worse. I would choose McBrides over anybody. thank you so much McBride’s for making it easy to bring my car in there and easy to help me.

Dropped off for Wednesday appt, Never received a call, had to reach out to them on Friday afternoon, no answer, finally was able to reach someone on Monday. Didn't have any info, had to wait for tech to come back from a test drive to get details. Later that day, was told "the tech says you need a new engine" no details on how they came to that conclusion, and didn't offer a quote for said engine, I had to ask them to give me one. Didn't receive the quote until I called back the next day. I obtained other quotes from other shops faster. I expected better customer service being that everyone speaks highly of this shop, but in the end, I paid for a service that didn't provide much information to make me feel like I could trust their diagnostics. Sure I need a new engine, but to make it so unpersonal. The fees a customer pays is an investment in the business based on experience and trust. I invested poorly.
