Minteq International Inc. has roads under construction going down to it. Company drivers for the local company there do not like people parking on the road, as they will blow their horn. The local trucking company does not want outside trucks in their lot. However, one reviewer was able to park outside the gate on the side street overnight. Another arrived at 7:45am, and the forklift guy was very friendly, with a Porta potty available. Unloading was quick, within 20-30 minutes.

Not terrible. Once he starts loading you it goes pretty fast.
