I love the employees and their care. I dislike the paw plan they offer. They continually tell you how much money you saved but I was paying $1000 a year. So technically you don't start saving until after that. Also, Read the contract!!! They put my dog down which I paid for and then I had to still pay the paw plan off.

They Rock! Great attention to my pets as well as their human family. The plans they offer are reasonable and lets me take my fur baby in whenever I feel the need as well as bi-yearly checkups.

They steal from their customers by overcharging and charging you without asking first! If you just leave your pet, you will be hit with a bill you won't believe! It's robbery imo, don't waste your money with these rip-off artists, you will pay much more for much less and low quality medical care! Go anywhere but here, they will rip you off!!! And your pet won't be any better off, don't fall for the fake reviews here, they conduct extremely scammy business!!! They need to be investigated!

Terrible!!! They will overcharge you like you've never experienced before your LIFE!! They are THIEVES for over charging and charging you without your permission AT ALL! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! There are much better more caring and actually affordable vets, this place is unbelievable! I will be going to the bbb next, these people don't need to be in business, save your pets and your money and go anywhere else but here!!!

Caring staff, outstanding medical care. The two main reasons why Oak Pointe was our choice for Hobbes, our cat, over the years. It is the vet group ofchoice for all of our grandkittens as well, including Tibby who vacations with us and has a Paws Plan of his own. Oak Pointe has done an amazing job with our fragile cat with a complicated health issue. Dr. Covey helped us pinpoint her diagnosis then navigate our options to keep her as comfortable as we can for as long as we can... and what the side effects may be. It was a very thorough process and we feel 100% certain now that we are doing the right thing for this precious girl!!
