“Matt and the team at Zieglers are head and shoulders above the rest. Recently they helped out a young man in the Navy being deployed. After moving his contents from Florida to Ohio to then go to Virginia for deployment. He ran into issues on his truck late on a Friday afternoon. One call to Zieglers and Matt got him in for the team to diagnose and fix the truck. This is not the first time Matt and the crew have shined. “Call ahead to get the automated menu and press the key for deals of the day to save $15, bringing the cheapest oil change to around $35. Very good especially for an instant place.Gets busy and I'm not sure how one would leave if they discovered they didn't couldn't wait in line, but I've been there twice about a half hour a piece, mostly waiting for the cars ahead.They give long upsell monologues, but most of these places do.I'll be going back for oil changes as long as they keep the $15 off deal.”
“They have great service, and offer free rotations, warranties against road hazards. With all the Wal Mart s I can be taken care of anywhere with minimal wait or cost.
I also got my oil changed and I believe they changed the oil filter They also changed my air filter. Depending on how busy they are there may be a wait.2 hours were the longest I waited. They'll take your phone number to send you text messages updates. So you could go shopping or whatever. I like the Mom and Pop shops, but I like the fact that I can get service anywhere more. I got tires for the Subaru and Ford escape.”

“They helped me get through a bad situation with another tire place that sold me tires that were sitting around for over two years before putting them on my car and they ended up very dry rotted and I only had them 3 years and 2 months. Even worse, they didn't put the odometer reading on the paperwork. But this place was able to help me get some reimbursement for those tires. Elite tire is the best!”
