Took my jeep into parkway with a screw in my tire, They fixed it in about a 1/2 àn hour, and i was on my way, i will be using their services again in the future. This happened on a saturday and other garages are not open.

Never got my oil change. Said it would be an hour by the time I was done. Waited the hour and still wasn't in the bay so I left.
Please don't advertise Quick Lane when it is not quick!!!!

Poor communication, didn’t tell me they charge $200!!!!!!!! per issue you are having looked at, to diagnose those issues. I scheduled almost 2 weeks out due to the dealerships availability and at no time during my phone call nor when dropping off the vehicle did anyone mention this. It was only 45 minutes into the time that it was supposed to be looked at that they called and told me. I find this to be highway robbery.. then, they diagnosed the problem in the morning and then didn’t work on the vehicle until the following day because “they didn’t have time” but again, it was scheduled for that morning so, I don’t know what is going on at that dealership but due to all of the bs, I will not return to the dealership for anything.

A company vehicle was serviced here, we used the pick-up & delivery option which went smooth, and Parkway only had our van for what seemed like a few hours. However, I updated the contact method when the appointment was made, and asked that I be contacted directly for updates. That did not happen. So far there have been no concerns on the vehicle, and the pricing was quite reasonable for what we had done.

I normally use another dealership for my maintenance program oil changes. But this time they couldn't get me in for a few weeks so I called Parkway and they got me in fast and even pi ked up and returned my vehicle. They also were checking on an electrical issue with my bronco which they also found some exposed wires. I had to make another appointment because I needed my vehicle the next day and they need to keep it for a day or two. So I rescheduled and they are going to pick my bronco up again on that day. They also kept me updated with what they were doing and the progress they were making through texts and a couple phone calls. That was also really nice. I would recommend Parkway to everyone. Excellent service and thank goodness the electrical issue is covered under warranted. Thank you Parkway.

My door latch malfunction, I brought my focus in,and to my complete amazement Timothy was excellent in having not 1 but all for latches replaced, I am so happy,,you need more employees like Timothy,,
