Worked with Mark Carroll and Chuck via email and phone from AZ and purchased a new '25 Ford F-150. These guys were top notch. Straight-froward and no issues. We worked out a deal remotely and the vehicle was cleaned and full of gas when I arrived a few days later. No surprises. Great guys and all the other folks at the dealership were also friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend giving these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

Overall, great experience. Straight forward and up front. Most of the process was handled via email and text. Tim is who I worked with and he was very professional, communicated well, and went the extra mile in a few areas where he didn't have to which goes a long way.

EDIT: CONTACTED THEM AND GOT TOLD NOT THERE PROBLEM SO THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU LIKE THEY CLAIM IN THE COMMENT REVIEW. JUST DOING IT TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD. NEXT STEP IS ATTORNEY GENERAL OF OHIO AND BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU.
Bought a 2020 chevy 3500 dually all taxes title everything was to be included, was told many times its included and have screen shots, had to wait days to sign paperwork because one finance guy, and then pick truck up as I live in pa, the day i pick.it up i get told the beds all stoned chiped etc was smoked heavily in etc. and all paperwork comes and no taxes, so call and get told of finance manager took them out since you live in pa and now I have to come up with over 2000 dollars as I told it was in the deal. after the guy confirmed they were included that i would recieve a check. Not good customer service to be lied to. Got told not there problem. Many calls later still my problem. Would watch every deal and every vehicle and piece of paperwork. Ready to go to the next step to get my taxes covered as I have the proof of many screen shots. So double check everything.

I had been looking for a good used truck online for a couple months and finally came across the one at Parkway Ford. They kept everything 100% and were super helpful getting me to the numbers I wanted. Cam the salesmen was very affable and helped answer every question I had. I highly recommend looking into these guys and I would shop here again in the future!

This is what it means to be treated with the utmost respect and to be heard when it comes to buying a vehicle!
I recently was discharged from chapter 7 about a month ago and needed to find another vehicle as my family was stuck with 1 vehicle for about 6 months, I had to take my wife's car while I worked and that left them at home all day as I work afternoons. I've tried a couple used car lots, had a horrific experience with 1 of them and straight up denied from the other... me and my wife figured all hope was lost for a while until I got my credit back up until I stumbled across parkway auto!!! I didn't have very high hopes for getting a vehicle, so I checked out their site just looking for ANYTHING I would possibly have a chance at being approved for. I found a handful of vehicles that were relatively low in prices and got in touch with the dealership. The sales rep that was assigned to me, Preston Mitchell, listened to every concern I had and didn't try to beat around the bush just to get me to shut up or buy some way overpriced vehicle!! He took the time to hear my story and past experiences with other car lots and reassured me that he would find me a vehicle that I could be approved for! A couple weeks go by and sure enough, he calls me with the best news me and my wife have heard in a LONG time!!! He managed to find a reliable vehicle that has a very impressive carfax report and what made it even better was, the payments fell right where I needed them to keep my family in the positive space!!
If anyone is in a tough spot and needs a vehicle to make life just that much easier, I'd HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you check this place out and if you do want to buy a vehicle from here, ask for Preston Mitchell! This guy knows what he's doing to get you in a vehicle without trying to take an arm and leg from you!

I purchased a vehicle a few months ago with a moonroof that did not open and the side rubber pieces came off the tracks. I was told it would be fixed when I bought the vehicle. I waited 45 days for the warranty to kick in to do the repairs. I had the vehicle in twice to look at the moonroof they have no record of this. For three months I tried contacting and no return calls. I was told the parts were ordered, then nothing. No follow up or anything. Fast forward to today: Finally got another appointment to look at moonroof. Now I'm being told the warranty doesn't cover the repair of the moonroof. What the hell did I wait for? Why was I told it would be fixed when I bought it? Each time I took vehicle in there were greasy hand prints all over my car when I got it back. I do not recommend buying anything from here.
