Let me start out by saying my wife and I are locals to the area and have been our whole lives.
We went into Parkway with good reviews from other friends and family. Sadly, I did not get the same experience. We spoke with a salesman and explained we wanted to trade-in my wife’s car. We used KBB and knew a ballpark of what to expect. Upon a manager going for a test drive, the manager rudely states on the estimate sheet “car was filthy” and proceeds to lowball for the car saying it needed a ton of work. The car was freshly cleaned and serviced.
Then came the price of the car. They do not budge on or work with you on the price. They charge top market rates and do not give you anywhere near the KBB value of your trade in.
Based on my personal experience I will never be back to this dealership. We took our business to Dover of Mazda and negotiated a great deal with them and got us in a car the same day.
Terrible customer service, rude management, and shady business. Avoid this place.

They quickly found a simple solution to a problem I’d been having. It was quickly resolved at a very reasonable price. We’ve bought 3 Hondas here in the last 13 years, and we use Parkway for our service calls. Have never been disappointed.

Dishonest and will take advantage of you if you’re a woman. They try to get away with charging more than what is initially told. They do terrible work and then try to make you pay for their mess. Avoid at all costs. Poor way to do business.
