The women who work here are fantastic!!! They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. They pulled multiple options off the floor and put them in the dressing room for me!(they knew I was clueless ?)
Just a really great atmosphere & the prices were reasonable!

I have been shopping and supporting Robert's for 20+yrs as a healthcare professional in Tuscarawas and Coshocton Counties.My last interaction was incredibly disappointing. I purchased, with cash, a defective pair of Dansko's and a watch that looked 'dirty' after one wear.The sales girl made me feel like I was doing something wrong by trying to return poor quality items.I talked to store owners, and they doubled-down in support of a dishonest employee.I feel torn about shopping at Robert's.I have shopped there for years....I don't understand why management, Jared, dismissed me, my patronage, and financial support so quickly.

The employees at Roberts were extremely helpful and pleasant. They also didn't give me a hard time about not wearing a mask due to my asthma. Good pricing on their products as well. Will be returning.

Where do I start? The professionalism within the staff? There high quality garments? There quick turn around? The no hassle ordering process? And of course we can’t forget about Debbie! Roberts has come through solid over and over again. If there is ever a issue it’s addressed immediately with no excuses. (Which is rare!) look forward to using them!
