Shane my technician was very fast and explained everything as he did it. Very interesting to watch this being done, which I'm sure isn't easy having someone watch while you work. Highly recommend this tech and company.

Safelight came to our home on a Saturday morning, and everything went very smooth. The technician greeted us, got to work, and within 2 hours everything was as good as new. We paid online with a credit card, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience!

Only reason for 2 stars is the professionalism and communication from the girl Quinn who they sent out to inform me all the stuff they broke doing a windshield on my Audi. It was an insurance claim replacement for a rock chip. Received a text in about an hour saying was complete but I went to pick it up to find the tech broke my vin plate, and the main connector to all of my safety sensors lol I was forced to leave with the promise they have ordered the parts thru Audi and will fix for free at a later time, now my wife is left driving an Audi suv flashing sensor errors across the dash in place of a cracked windshield… if not for being an insurance claim would never use again. However Quinn if u get this review, it’s not ur fault and I appreciate how professional u tried to handle the situation but clearly ur tech either isnt qualified to work on higher level vehicles or doesnt care about repeat business. Insurance coverage or not this is one and done for me safelite sorry

Safelite did a fabulous job replacing my factory OEM Mopar windshield for my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. It took a bit for the order to come in since it was so new, but they helped quickly. Thank you to Keanan for his help!!
