I took my 2010 Ford Explorer XLT at the Dover location back in April because my transmission was having issues after 1 month of being installed. I was getting a yellow wrench icon on the instrument cluster and experiencing a jerk between the 3rd and 4th gear. This occurred when the transmission was hot while driving. I dropped it off and waited for 2 weeks since the business was booked with appointments. When the week of my appointment came, Jeremy, the shop owner, test drove it to see if the yellow wrench icon popped up on the instrument cluster and the jerk feeling. He came back and hooked up the code reader and found 6 fault codes that were deemed electrical. He said that if he didn't install the transmission he wouldn't work on it, since this was an electrical problem, not mechanical. Well guess what?! Because you didn't do your detective work that you were supposed to do and be customer oriented in making sure the issue was fixed, mechanically and electrically, just 3 months after I sent my car to your shop expecting YOU to do your job, my transmission got worse and failed at a 3rd transmission shop I took it at after the 2nd one I sent over couldn't work on the electrical issue you saw on your reader. The 3rd shop I took it at did the work you refused to do, and I haven't had my car back for 2 in a half months as I am posting this. Oh, and the culprite you failed to notice was a bad PCM, which was what caused my old transmission and the new transmission that you were supposed to fix to fail. The PCM was fixable, although it was out of my car and sent to a PCM shop for weeks from late July to late September, and I expect my car back in about a week possibly. You can bet that I will never do business with you again, you've been a huge disappointment in not preventing my car's transmission from another catastrophic failure.

I’ve taken two vehicles to this shop thinking it was a transmission problem and it would be a huge cost to address. Fortunately in each case it was a simple fix. I trust this shop 100% and would highly recommend them based on their integrity.

Great company who takes care of their customers, we had a mishap and an accident happen, the process wasn't the simplest but Jessica who handles all it stayed actively in touch and very patient throughout the entire time. Knowledgeable friendly working a timely manner had a flush and transmission seal kit replacement been week two since I've had the truck and it seems to be holding up pretty good

I called this place to have my clutch master cylinder bled, and I was told this was not a service they provided. The reservoir ran low on fluid and pulled in air, so it needed to be bled. Apparently because there was not enough money involved in this job they weren’t interested in doing it. I don’t call this full service.

My truck was having a grinding in the front end I sent it to them ****** said it was a caliper seized up charged me almost $500 to fix it I told them if that wasnt going to fix it then dont touch it but they were certain that was what the problem was so they called me said it was fixed and ready I leave work early to get it and its doing the same exact thing!!!! I take it right back and they say yeah your 4wd actuator is bad and front axle you can look and see the truck dont even need to be ** in the air, then showed me an example of one the replaced a couple days before, but yet couldnt show me the caliper that day that was so called bad but said it needed it for them to further diagnose but then said I could just look and tell that the cv and 4wd actuator where bad? I would think if they were half decent mechanics they wouldve known where to look since they just had the same problem a couple days prior, but these people are totally unreliable at diagnostics and arent afraid to rip you off!!! Definitely blasting them on social media this place shouldnt be allowed to do people like this!
