“I called on Wednesday (11/26/25) to find out if they could run a scan on my car. It was incredibly cold & windy. Trevor answered the phone & was happy to help me. I walked in & was greeted right away by the 3 employees working. Trevor helped me again & braved the cold, windy weather to help me! I had a not so great start to the day so I truly appreciated Trevor & his kindness. He was professional, attentive & very helpful. Definitely will be back in the future if needed. Thank you Trevor & the rest of the Napa Family!”

“I chose to have my 2019 Miata RF repaired at Summit Collision Pros after an accident with a semi and could not be happier. They got the car done quickly, the repair looks amazing, and my car feels like it did before the accident again! They were very courteous as well, just a great experience. Highly recommend. I love that they have Enterprise in their office as well, a one stop shop. I hope to never have another accident but I would not hesitate to use Summit Collision Pros again. Great shop, great people. Thanks so much.”

“Ordered a replacement Dual Zone (auto) climate control for my c5 corvette from them. I was skeptical at first since they didn’t have some with photos that show they were turned on. All that went away when it was plugged in. The shipment packing was top tier and I will trust them for my future part purchases. The price was cheaper than a “fix it” service for the climate modules. Plus they have tons of other parts for corvettes on there. 10/10. Will order again.”

“They do an excellent job with normal day to day maintenance and repair, and when I was recently in an accident, we went to Big Mike's for the repair work. They were clear and open in communication with us, dealt with insurance, and went above and beyond in fixing up the car. We will recommend Big Mike's to others for maintenance and repair--and auto body work!”

“Late last year, my car and a deer had an unplanned and very one-sided relationship (10/10 for the deer, 0/10 for my car). Enter Manchester Body Shop, who turned what could’ve been a total headache into an unexpectedly great experience. Despite it being peak “Ohio wildlife vs. vehicles” season, they got me in quickly, handled my rental pickup and drop-off seamlessly, and kept me in the loop with timely updates the whole way through. Even better — they finished early. But here’s where they truly went above and beyond: they had some extra paint left over and took the time to buff and touch up small dings and marks that had absolutely nothing to do with the accident… at no extra charge. Who does that?! My car looks genuinely brand new. This was my first time using Manchester Body Shop. I chose them because they were a preferred vendor with my insurance and had great reviews — and now I fully understand why. Professional, kind, thorough, and clearly proud of their work. Hopefully I won’t be meeting any more deer anytime soon, but if I do… I know exactly where I’m taking my car. Highly, highly recommend.”

“Shout out to Cody at O'Reilly's I needed a rear wiper blade for my car and Honda made more than one kind of clip for my car. Cody looked it up and the one the computer said would work, didn't work. It would not connect to my car. Cody went out of his way to find someone else in the store to help him figure it out. He was quick, courteous and apologized for pulling the wrong one. EXCELLENT service and he went all in to make sure I got the right one. He knows how to treat his customers!!! He stayed right there talking to us, laughing and keeping the situation light and friendly even though he pulled the wrong part. He made it easy for us to wait for another associate to track down the right one. O'Reilly's for the win!!!”

“Called 02/28/26 at 8:45pm. I believe Josh was the employee who answered my call, I asked him for the Store manager, who wasn’t in at the time. And then asked if he’s worked there for a long time (I wanted to ask about a candidate, who used to work here, and I’m considering hiring). I didn’t mean to come off rude and said it in a light hearted tone. He chuckles and hangs up. I call back and talk to Jeff, who handled my questions honestly and well. I wouldn’t take one of my employees hanging up on customers very well. Left it as a 5 star review because Jeff was appropriate, and I don’t want to negatively impact the store, but still get this situation known”

The guys were friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. I will definitely shop there for future auto parts needs.”
