“Ordered parts on ebay from them, very quick response and very professional! I decided to drive the 2 1/2 hours to pick up the parts instead of having them shipped. Got there a little before they opened up and they had everything ready for me, quick and easy paperwork and they make sure you have some refreshments and snacks! The guys loaded up my parts for me and I was on my way! Definitely doing more business with them, highly appreciated and recommend!”

“I had a great experience. I was in a small fender bender where the at fault was willing to come down to big mikes and pay for any damage. They were quick and efficient at getting me a quote without having to wait long and didn’t need an appointment. They were able to get me in as soon as it was convenient for me, while giving me the time to sort out having a car to drive. I had left a debit card in there and they were so kind to go get it and put it behind the desk in case I needed it. Upon pickup I was not able to get there before they were closed for a long weekend and they found a way to accommodate me. They had all my paperwork and the debit card in an envelope with a Merry Christmas. I would recommend and I would go back there absolutely”
