Insurance told me this place is accredited with state farm yet they turned me away because my tire was leaking and had a nail in it. They didnt even bother to make sure the axles or anything else wasnt bent or damaged from the accident. They didnt even bother to look under the car to see if anything was damaged at all they just said im not sending this to my team because you have a nail in your tire.
The minute I saw the condescending look on that advisors face I knew she was a twit. Unfortunately I have not found a decent body shop around the doyesltown, barberon area yet in 10 years...lol Wadsworth has better mechanics with better knowledge.

Very professional experience. I could tell that I was in good hands. Service was prompt and polite as well as reasonably priced. When I picked up my vehicle I swear it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! I hope to never need to return, but if something happens, I will definitely be going back.

I recently brought my 2024 Ford Maverick to Caliber Collision in Hartville, Ohio their shop was fully booked so they transported to another Caliber Collision in Norton after a deer strike, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and genuinely caring. They walked me through the repair process, kept me updated with timely status reports, and delivered the truck back looking brand new—like the accident never happened.
The quality of the work was top-notch, with perfect paint matching and flawless bodywork. They even detailed the interior, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail.
Huge thanks to the entire team at Caliber Norton for making a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend them for anyone needing collision repairs!

I just want to say first I always use Caliper to repair my vehicles , if needed. It’s always smooth and they are very professional.
I stopped over about a month ago to have them look at my 350Z antenna. The manager quickly fixed it at no cost to me ! I was so surprised! Thank you so much!!

Absolute portable experience my bumper was not aligned it looks like they painted over racks and then when the paint was wet that they threw a tarp or something over my car there was two hazy marks on top of pits that look like they painted over rocks and then remove the racks I called the insurance company it goes back now the second time the bumper is aligned this time the manager has given us nothing but excuses and now there are bubbles where they didn't paint the entire bumper they just pain at the corner in clear coated the rest of the bumper so now there's bubbles in the clear coat that weren't there before now they're giving me a hard time about fixing that and the manager wants to be rude and interrupt my husband the insurance company already paid them and I already paid them by 500 hours deductible and really I don't want them having my car a third time to fix their screw up again looking at that horrible and they want to make nothing but excuse me saying well maybe if it was an aftermarket bumper they don't necessarily line up it's not an aftermarket bumper

I dropped my truck off in Wadsworth, I explained I have to have my truck back by Friday. Later that day I got a call from a gal at the Norton location, she explained she understood my situation and they can flatbed my truck to their location and get it done. Not only did they get it done, I was kept in the loop the whole way through. When I was waiting for my truck to be pulled up I met the manager of the location. What a great experience.

Very professional and courteous customer service. Very happy with the work that was done on my car. Have used caliber before with great satisfaction as well. I hope I never have to see them again because that means my car is wrecked, but if I need a body shop, it’ll be caliber in Norton

Caliber collision in Norton were very detail oriented and kept me updated on my repairs. Their estimate given by Tony was spot on! The receptionist was very pleasant and quick to greet you. They went above and beyond and did an exceptional job on my vehicle. It looks brand new! I highly recommend them!

Caliber did a great job restoring my vehicle after a fender bender. Lauren kept me well-informed throughout the process, and I actually got my car back earlier than estimated. Bonus: When I picked it up, it had been detailed, and they'd done a better job than someone I paid for a detail several months before. Definitely recommend.

Recently dropped off my vehicle for a claim through State Farm for what I thought was minimal damages. I was soon faced with a total loss. Tony was completely transparent throughout the process. Should I ever have to use a body shop again, Caliber will certainly be my first choice.

Their team is very respectable always nice and does a great job keeping you informed as the repairs are being completed. They only use factory parts and do a good job matching paint, I’ve used them twice now for body work and if I unfortunately need it
