“Our cat needs a compounded steroid and Metropolitan Emergency sent us here to pick it up. They were very nice, telling us several ways to get our cat to take the liquid medicine. When I commented on how far we had to drive there (over 45 minutes,) they said they could mail future refills. My only negative comment: they didn't know of 2 compounding pharmacies much closer to where we live (Tallmadge and Hudson.)”

“Walgreens pharmacy problems is the short of staffing. One day they one hour and closes at 9:00pm but then you come again open at 9:00 am and closes at 5:00. The sometimes open Saturday and other time are closed.The staff that works there are wonderful but the need more help.Walgreens the store is very equipped like others stores. Staffing some are very helpful than others.”
“I am very impressed with the Rite Aid in Barberton. I have lived close to here for almost 6 years. I had bad experiences with Rite Aid in the past, so I was reluctant to go there. Since it's so close, it was the most convenient option for my pharmacy needs. I shop here 2-3 times per week. The customer service is awesome. The pharmacy has been great. I choose to go here instead of Walmart for basic items. The store is very well organized and the prices are reasonable. The management team has been nothing short of amazing and I could not recommend this location enough!”

“This location was a little busy today especially because they were putting out Easter candy and supplies on the shelves so it was taking up employees time away from the cash registers so it was slowing the checkout process down.”
“This pharmacy is excellent! The staff is helpful and caring. Prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be. And even when things get complicated with my insurance, they are patient and work with me to make sure everything is right.I have been getting Rx filled here for 20+ years and they have always been wonderful. For a short time i switched to riteaid because of changes in my insurance, that was a mistake. The last straw was when riteaid made a mistake that left me without medication for days and didn't even apologize! A similar problem arose at Heritage Square and they worked with me to make it right so that I didn't miss a single dose.They even have an app, and it works better than the ones the big chains use!Heritage Square is awesome. I am proud to support this small independent pharmacy.”
“I had to change my pharmacy because of new insurance. I did like my old pharmacy better but in these times things have be really hard. Right now I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. So far ok. Corporate needs to help with raises and better hiring practices. Right now no one wants to work any where!!”

The store is always clean and organized, the shelves are well stocked and the staff are always pleasant and professional willing to offer a helping hand. By the way this Store location is operated it’s obvious that there’s good management behind the scenes.”

“When you approach the store you are greeted by a big sign labeling sanitized carts. After taking your carts there is also a label informing patrons of the exit and entrance. Additionally, I'm always greeted with a smile. The costumer service is exceptional! The cashiers put your groceries in bags and then even put them in your cart for you!! I was so surprised that I even tipped them a coupe times. The store in general is very expensive in comparison to stores with cheaper prices and organic food. The quality is low and the prices are exorbitant even. I even saw a jug of orange juice for about $5.00!! I couldn't believe it! I'd you want to save money or spend wisely it will probably be best to shop conservatively when there. If you have an emergency and absolutely need something maybe go to a gas station, they'll probably be cheaper.”

“I just looked up Rite Aid for the phone number and noticed the rating. I had to take a moment to give my very positive feedback because I think this rating is WAY too low. My wife and I have been customers of the Wadsworth Rite Aid for more than a decade. We have had wonderful experiences. We have even continued as customers since moving about 20 minutes from the store 4 years ago. There are at least 3 pharmacies that are closer to us, yet we continue to do business there. Keep up the good work!”

I had nothing to be worried over because this rite aid has given me the best pharmacy service of any pharmacy in 38 years of chronic health problems.They're kind and helpful. They listen and don't make you feel like an inconvenience. I know very well how hard working in the pharmacy is these days and yet they do it with a smile while making me feel like they really care about the service they give me.10 out of 10 recommend this location to all Canal Fulton locals!”
