“What do you want? It’s a post office. They aren’t going to kiss your bootie or anything so quit expecting that. They’re perfectly nice people and they do their jobs. Treat people with common respect and you just might get the same back. They deal with tons of people every day so chill out. I just read some reviews on here and it’s like people are expecting some sort of unrealistic service. It’s not Starbucks where they are literally paid to pretend to like you.. it’s a post office. —Said with Love.”
“The manager handled a complaint from a customer in front of me very cordially and professionally. She explained the post office processes to him thoroughly and politely and was able to reassure him that she would do what she could to help with his issue.
The process of mailing my packages was also very smooth all around. There was a nice selection of mailers with different designs and sizes and the employee who helped add my postage was nice and efficient.”

“Even though I don't live in Norton, I drive the extra mile due to the fantastic service. I usually deal with Jessica, or John when he fills in. Both are very kind and knowledgeable. It's almost like having an extended family. I don't understand the negative reviews of this location. Perhaps people need to incorporate a bit more patience into their lives. The world doesn't revolve around you.”

“I gave the wrong address when mailing a gift. I struggled finding out how to get it to the right place. I finally figured out to call Clinton's post office. They were very nice about it and they fixed the address, The packages arrived safely today. Thank you Clinton post office staff!”
“SO incredibly nice here! I am so used to USPS clerks being all business, it completely threw me off when he had the biggest smile and interacted with my toddler. A wonderful change of pace, the clerk was so quick to help me out. He turned my day around just from that quick and kind interaction?”
“There is a new young man who delivers our mail that went above and beyond today 5/22/26. I’m only sad I did not catch his name. Kicking myself for not thinking to ask. He delivered to 2190 East ave. He delivered an important package that we had been waiting for all day and he then watched as a man walked up behind him and stole it. This young man chased him and got it back. He then left a note stating for us to pick it up but I got home from work shortly thereafter and caught him still on our street where he came and handed me the package and explained everything. If this was you then thank you so much sir. This man needs a raise and a promotion. Employees like this are very hard to find. I’ll catch your name next time I see you bringing the mail.”
“I called in to find out where packages were that I was expecting to be delivered by the previous weekend. The person I spoke with was very patient and kind. She took the time to look up each one to ensure. I was satisfied at the end of the call. The postal service needs more employees like her.”
“I have noticed a change in this post office, the Postal Clerks are the same people, but they have been friendlier. I don't know if there were any particular changes that sparked this, but I have a pleasant time going there now.”
“So friendly but this location is so dirty. They still have Christmas signage up too. The employees are very professional so it’s not a deal breaker, but I fully fantasize about cleaning that joint up.”
