“Stored here for 9 months and had no problems. Clean level floor and easily fit everything I needed to. The owners were nice to work with and ending my unit was easy. There is a tear in the roof where the top of my things had a small amount of white powder but it easily wiped off.”

“Great little storage facility in Barbarton, Ohio. Tucked away from the main thoroughfare, this facility has 3 gates, all of which are locked at night. Each storage unit is provided a key to the main 3 gates. This facility is set back from the road, and offers a great deal of privacy and quiet. I've been here hundreds of times, and have never seen more than a handful of people around, even during peak periods. The storage units come in a variety of sizes and are dry and clean. The roads are gravel, so during rain and snow they can be a little rough, but the management does a really good job of upkeeping them. Prices are comparable to other storage facilities in the area. Note that all units are outside and there is no public restroom on the premises. They are supposed to be closed at night, but I've been there several times after closing and found people moving and going through their units. You will also need to provide your own lock for your unit.”

“Easy and fast rental experience online. The price was comparable to other storage places in the area, but the others are fenced in with a gate.
The buildings are clean inside but they do have a lot of weeds growing around the units.
I did stay with KO to store items we couldn't fit in our new place after our move in. We just got a smaller unit.
The security cameras do make it feel secure with the absence of fencing.”
