I love US Bank and all their Wonderful, Amazing employee's, especially at the Doylestown, OH. branch! I've never had anything but exceptional service! The team there is the BEST!

Waited in line at the drive thru even though I was the only 1 but it was lunch hour

Been at this bank 11 years and the past 4 months my card has been blocked and then i receive 2 bank cards in mail every time and this is the 5th time my card has been locked. You would think they would know how to do there job and say to get a nee account instead of keep sending me new cards. When i walk they just give me a temporary card and say i should be fine now… but yet its locked once again.

Nannette and Holly at the branch have gone above and beyond for my special situation and worked so hard to get my problem resolved I highly recommend going to this branch because the customer service here is awesome and the people are amazing

Very helpful. Tellers are very nice. But word of caution... Google Maps has this as being on the left, coming in from the west on 5A. It is actually on the right, just past the square
