This is about auto service:
A week ago I got low tire pressure warning on my Acura. I pulled into a service station to get the tires inflated and they informed me that they were not able to remove the valve cap on the two rear tires. Therefore couldn’t add air into them. I thought no big deal, I will be taking it in for service at this dealership anyway.
The dealer performed the routine service and delivered the car back to my house. A day later, I went to drive the car only to get the low tire pressure warning still. Sure enough, the two tires were still low, except that they were on the front now since the service included tire rotation. The service should include checking and setting all tires pressure to recommended levels.
The technician did not report anything about this issue or do anything to resolve the low tire pressure warning.
I drove to the dealer, explained to them how dissatisfied I was with this. They were non apologetic and I was not treated like a valued customer.
They informed me that I had to replace both tire pressure sensors which ran me about $250.00
Horrible experience.

I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to give a special shout out to Tyler and Vaughn - the two salespeople at this location, who treated me with nothing short of helpfulness, kindness and honesty. I’ve never been a “car person” but I can say I truly love the vehicle I purchased! I also left confident knowing I had gotten a very fair price without the typical shenanigans. If you are looking to purchase an Acura, this dealership is worth checking out.

One of the worst experiences ever when purchasing a car. I’m not sure if it was because I was a woman or because of the lack of experience in sales from the employees here. I was not a priority and was basically being forced into signing financial papers, without knowing the mthly payment, among other issues. The only positive that came from this interaction was speaking to Ian after everything occurred. He was willing to hear me out and attempted to make things right.

Purchasing a vehicle is not something someone does everyday, so often times people are very nervous to step foot into a dealership. Not at Acura Columbus! Before I walked into Acura Columbus, I had already been in contact with multiple sales representatives by phone, making sure I knew everything about the vehicle I was interested in and most importantly, making sure the deal was to my liking. After all, a vehicle is one of those three major purchases you make in life. Walking through the door, I was greeted by a very approachable and knowledgeable sales team who were quick to point me in the direction of the representative I had made an appointment with prior. Once I sat down, I noticed all the paperwork had been made up, complete with the sales numbers I was hoping for over the phone! I was blown away by how hassle free the negotiations were, since Acura Columbus had already met me on my terms before I even sat down. The conversations that followed were very professional, yet quite enjoyable to help lift the burden of making that hard decision. But not here, I’ve never been so comfortable and confident to shake my sales representative’s hand after agreeing to the deal I was so hoping to see presented to me. To the entire team at Acura Columbus, well done! You’ve impressed me on my car buying experience and I’d be happy to refer any of my friends or family to you! Keep up the good work!

So I just purchased a 2021 gmc Arcadia second day i was driving it and started to notice a bad smell. Cabin filter was packed and moldy. After having other issues with the vehicle I purchased. Tom Cole contacted me and made the deal right and I got a full refund and my vehicle that I traded in back. This is the most honest dealer I have dealt with in a a while. If I need a vehicle I will come back because of how upfront and honest they are

We bought an Integra from Columbus Acura the week when they were short staffed this summer. We were so lucky to have Matthi and Ryan's help. We were nervous as this was the first time we financed a car (at a great rate 0f 0.99%APR) and also the first time we purchased one for our son sight unseen as we live over 800 miles away and our son was unable to be there. The team at Acura Columbus lived up to their stellar reputation of efficiency and trustworthiness. You can hold them to their words. They are professionals.

Just purchased the Integra Type S. The team over there is fantastic. The car I was looking for wasn't available but the sales manager knew that the owner of the dealership was driving the exact car I wanted. He made a call to the owner and the next thing I know, I'm getting a call saying they have a car for me. The owner brought the car back form Cincinnati for me . Thank you Doug for making that call. And for the owner offering up the car. Thanks for making it happen!
