I thought we were receiving good service, all we went in for was to upgrade our phone. Turns out, the representative added an additional $27 per month of services that we were never asked about at all. He added att next up, and a protection plan without our consent and now I have to call and get it canceled.

Lydia is a fantastic rep. After trying to get one on one assistance from ATT reps at Perimeter store and Costco ATT then Apple at Polaris. Lydia has the patience of JOB and a personality that is phenomenal!!

Omar attended us; he speaks Spanish & English perfectly.
He accommodated everything to support me in fixing my phone; he provided me with the correct steps to use my phone insurance. I never had this service ever. Thank you

My representative, Caden, was amazing!! He was so friendly and helpful. I was the only one in the store for most of the visit and him and the other rep, Omar, sat and talked with me. Even though my wait time ended up being much longer, they made it go by quickly with their conversation. Because of him I feel much more confident in this AT&T store and will definitely come back :)

Thanks Cayden for staying late to try make it right even though you had no part in it. Alexis J at the Easton store lied about our purchases. We didn’t realize until a few hours later and were back in Dublin. Now we are having to spend a lot of time returning items and trying to cancel the extra lines. I’ll shop at this store from now on.

We worked with Caden and he was super knowledgeable. My phone wouldn't turn on and he knew just the trick, it turned on immediately. He also helped my husband and I get new phones ordered since we were both eligible for early upgrade. He answered all of our questions with confidence. He was prompt getting us in and out which we were very thankful for. He provided us all the necessary information needed per our request and gave us that much more reassurance that we made the right choice switching to Att.

Staff attempted to be helpful. The disconnect between what they are able to do for online orders leads to a very poor customer experience if you did not buy your phone in the store.

Worst place to do trade in. I traded in my iPhone 12 in January and got iPhone 14 pro. I don’t know what they did with iPhone 12 but it’s not showing in system at all. So I was charged for not returning in iPhone12 in may. I don’t why they took time till may. I have been visiting the store and contacting customer service and no one could help me. The store people are so reckless and they don’t care about customers. I even asked for the receipt when I returned the phone but they said no receipt will be provided and it will automatically be updated. Nothing updated and I ended up paying $400 for their mistake. Don’t prefer this store at all.

Some guy there named Gabriel gave me the wrong phone. I mean how can he do that ? I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max he orders the wrong one. Then made me pay for a “restock fee” because of his mistake. I think he did it on purpose and he came off as very racist!!! I called another store and they said his behavior deserved a write up but I’ll be coming for much, much more ! I have his information and will be taking him to court !
