Thanks Cayden for staying late to try make it right even though you had no part in it. Alexis J at the Easton store lied about our purchases. We didn’t realize until a few hours later and were back in Dublin. Now we are having to spend a lot of time returning items and trying to cancel the extra lines. I’ll shop at this store from now on.

We worked with Caden and he was super knowledgeable. My phone wouldn't turn on and he knew just the trick, it turned on immediately. He also helped my husband and I get new phones ordered since we were both eligible for early upgrade. He answered all of our questions with confidence. He was prompt getting us in and out which we were very thankful for. He provided us all the necessary information needed per our request and gave us that much more reassurance that we made the right choice switching to Att.

Staff attempted to be helpful. The disconnect between what they are able to do for online orders leads to a very poor customer experience if you did not buy your phone in the store.

Worst place to do trade in. I traded in my iPhone 12 in January and got iPhone 14 pro. I don’t know what they did with iPhone 12 but it’s not showing in system at all. So I was charged for not returning in iPhone12 in may. I don’t why they took time till may. I have been visiting the store and contacting customer service and no one could help me. The store people are so reckless and they don’t care about customers. I even asked for the receipt when I returned the phone but they said no receipt will be provided and it will automatically be updated. Nothing updated and I ended up paying $400 for their mistake. Don’t prefer this store at all.

Some guy there named Gabriel gave me the wrong phone. I mean how can he do that ? I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max he orders the wrong one. Then made me pay for a “restock fee” because of his mistake. I think he did it on purpose and he came off as very racist!!! I called another store and they said his behavior deserved a write up but I’ll be coming for much, much more ! I have his information and will be taking him to court !

Got a new iPhone for my son, was told monthly installment would be $15 not including the plan cost. Turns out is was actually $23/ month plus plan cost. Additionally, the employee added optional services to my account which I never consented to or authorized and was not aware of until I received my phone bill. I confronted the store manger about it but she said AT&T automatically adds these when getting a new phone. This turned out to be a lie as when I spoke with AT&T directly, they said they do not do that and that it was an unscrupulous employee at that store. I figured as much as it is illegal to do that. I have filed complaints with the FCC and FTC. Watch your bills, people!

I went to the Tuttle Crossing AT&T store and usually it is the worst experience going to deal with cell phones, but this time I got two girls that did a great job Lydia and Ashley, at the Tuttle Crossing AT&T were wonderful and made the process so much easier. Thank you.

Gabe was a huge help today with my phone. I came in and my phone was not working what so ever and i walked out with a working phone, better plan, and a better understanding of what I'm paying for. He took the time to call into customer support for me! If you need help go to the tuttle AT&T and ask for the manager Gabe and he will take care of you!
