Worst customer service and very racist staff. They served the customers behind us in line and didn't even ask us to sit. We were standing for almost 1 hour and the staff was literally ignoring us all the time.

Kevin the store manager did not tell us that $25 per service line for 4 lines is not applicable if we bring our own device. After 4 of us joined the plan and only 2 of us got the device, the bill came for $30.99 for the lines that didnt take the device. I got to know after receiving the first bill and talking to customer care that our plan is $30.99 per line not $25
In addition to this, he sold us the device would cost $15.99 with 128gb for iPhone-15,but in the bill it costed $20.99 which i wasnt aware. When i confronted him he said since 125gb was not in stock and he gave the 256 gb which i didnt know and he didnt tell it would cost extra.
Overall Kevin hid the clauses and scammed me and as a result i am paying extra $20 per month for 3 yrs, resulting in $750 loss for me.

Utterly deceptive, conniving, lying folks who work here. They charge you extra for plans that you specifically said you dont need behind your back and when you later approach them at the store, they say they are not responsible or blame it on the person who was an ex-employee in the store. Absolute pieces of garbage that work here.

Andrew Frank - you rock! We put off updating our phones because our last experience left us so frustrated, but Andrew was a true professional. He upgraded our phones, looked over our account to make sure everything was set up correctly so we'd be ready for our trip to Alaska. Thank you Andrew!

Great service! Took time to go through my bill and help me save money and was in to purchase a new phone, wasn’t even why I stopped in! We were in and out with a new phone in less than 30 min!

Andrew Frank is AMAZING!!! He solved an issue I’ve been dealing with for months. Customer service (the 800#) tried to help but couldn’t. We’re so dependent on technology that when something goes wrong, it literally lowers your quality of life. I’m so grateful to Andrew and don’t know how I would be able to function without him helping me. Wish I could give 10 stars!! PS: He SHOULD absolutely be managing his own store.

Philip was very helpful from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. He made sure I did not leave empty handed and gave me a couple of laughs while I was there as well. I appreciate his time and patience with my indecisive needs and anyone that needs help he’s your man.

What a great store and great rep. Andrew Frank was extremely helpful with my new phone and made the transfer the best ever. I didn't have to do a thing which means with expert knowledge I didn't hav3 a chance to screw it up.
