Went to further locations across town for the past few years because of how horrible the service was here. Thought I would give it another whirl, hoping something had changed. Nope. Still absolutely unable/unwilling to do their job or supply good customer service.

I highly recommend this AT&T location. Timothy was kind, and knowledgeable and helped with all my questions on a new upgrade. They also had a good selection of the phone I needed, where other stores were out. Thank you !!!

Not very professional not engaged. We ordered 2 phones. He was just an order taker. We needed a discount added and he did not. Will not return to this location!

Went in for business wireless internet for our rural home and they crushed it! 8 months with basically no internet and in 15 mins these guys saved our business!! Highly recommend this location! Tim is amazing and we will only go here for all our ATT needs.

Buying a new phone is such a hassle, especially for someone who is not technically savvy. It is a task I dread. Timothy Ort, the store manager at the Avery Place AT&T store, made the task less dreadful. Timothy was very helpful setting up my new phone. He provided good customer service and was willing to spend a little extra time with a customer who was unsure of what they wanted.

Warning: both identify theft and upselling by store employee!!!We were told that we would pay no more than an extra $5 per line per new iphone, for 4 new iphones with a 36 month plan.On the first bill, I realised that they added $40 per month to protect our phones from accidental damages, then another $24 per month for having the opportunity to trade in our existing iphones for new ones in 18 months. In total they added an extra $64 per month without telling us.Stay away from this store, as they will add some additional costly options without you knowing it.I am disappointed that employees representing AT&T, which is supposed to be a trustworthy national brand, are lying.AT&T, I would recommend you checking this place out as it is very bad advertisement…——-Update as of 03/09/2023.In addition to the above, a fraudulent business account line was opened by stealing our identity by the same employee (name is Zachary S) that upgraded our phones on Dec 15th 2023. We got to know this when we received an overdue invoice in February 2023 for a line and account number we did not recognize. We filed a Police Report as soon as we received this overdue invoice and to the ATT Global Fraud line. The Fraud line after a month told us that we were responsible for all the charges. We had then to file an Identity Theft report before the Federal Trade Commission as ATT would not agree that it was a fraud. After hours of being at the phone with ATT through different departments, we managed to get the fraudulent account closed yesterday. When I asked the ATT Customer Service person how this account was opened without our authorization, he mentioned that the store employee scanned our ID to create this fake account.I also called the number from the ATT feedback below but ended up on the store that fraudulently opened the account and they told me that there were not the one who answered my review, but yet the employee at the phone told that he was checking the reviews every day. It seems like they are trying to save face by making an online reply that looks like they care about their customers.Avoid absolutely this store unless you want to go through the same hassle as we went through.

I stopped in to upgrade from an older phone (iPhone 10) to a newer iPhone. Lee, our sales associate, is an exceptional employee and fine young gentleman. Very good at customer service, patient and knowledgeable about the products. From the moment I walked into the store until cashing out at the register, I had my old phone converted (apps, pics, contacts, etc.) in 15 minutes max! The most flawless AT&T store visit I've ever had thanks to Lee. AT&T should feel proud knowing that a young man like Lee is doing a great job fronting the AT&T brand.

We stopped in to the switch our service from T-MOBILE. Taylor walked us through every step of the process, was super patient, and thoroughly answered all of our questions; she was remarkable!The only complaint I have, is the younger blonde guy that was working dropped the F-bomb infront of me, my wife, and our kids. Very unprofessional and was definitely not appropriate.

The girls at this store are AMAZING!! I highly recommend making an extra drive to go to this location. They exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond. They deserve a 10 star rating!

I switched from Verizon to AT&T and worked with London and the store manager to do so. We ran into a few hiccups, but they resolved the issues and made it a painless experience. I’m very happy with the switch and their amazing customer service!
