We went into the Sawmill road location this past Sunday June 8th. My husband lost his phone the night before and was extremely worried. I got to the store at 11:00 and was immediately greeted by Madison. We had a Wonderful experience with Madison. She provided Excellent service and put my husbands worries to rest. Madison was extremely well versed in her knowledge. She provided answers to all our questions offered suggestions and made sure we were totally comfortable with our new device before we left the store.

AT&T App Mislead Me About My Billing - Service Suspended Without Warning
I've been a loyal AT&T internet customer for 4 years with no prior issues. In April 2025, my service was suspended unexpectedly - even though the AT&T app showed a $0 balance due for a full week (April 15-21) while AutoPay was pending. I only discovered a payment failure after my internet was cut off on May 2, which is how I found out I was supposedly past due.
According to their billing specialist who called after I filed complaints with the FCC and BBB, AT&T had been mailing notices of a past due balance from the previous month. But the app showed no issue, and since I rely on it to manage my account (as AT&T promotes), I believed my balance was current.
They explained that AutoPay gives the benefit of the doubt during processing - but that's unacceptable. My AutoPay used a debit card, not a check. Debit card transactions either go through or they don't - there's no week-long grace period to mislead customers. That delay caused my account to go into a second month of delinquency, which I would have avoided had their app shown the correct information.
AT&T's customer service offered no flexibility even after I explained the issue and asked for just one week of service so I could work from home and pay them. Meanwhile, Spectrum granted a full month extension to a walk-in customer who was 2 months past due - so don't tell me it's impossible.
AT&T has proven they're good at laying cable, but they're failing hard at customer service and app accuracy. Their systems miscommunicate, and the burden falls unfairly on the customer. I'm now switching to a provider who treats people like people.

Had to go into the AT&T store, which is not usually one of my favorite things. Jake (store manager) helped me and my son and made the process pleasant and quick. We were very happy leaving.
