The manager was rude and disrespectful. Two other customers actually left the store and told me they're going to another store because of how rude the manager was to me. I was trying to get off a shared account. The primary account holder went to a different AT&T store and gave permission for my line to be removed from their account. They told the primary account holder that I would have to go into an AT&T store with my ID to finalize the process. I went into this sawmill rd store, only to have them tell me that they don't do it in store. So, while in the store I called AT&T and was on the phone with an inept agent for 35 minutes before they disconnected my call. One of the AT&T reps in the store noticed that and tried to help me out but said she would ask her manager. The manager had the one of most disgusting and reprehensible attitude that I have ever experienced, basically saying he couldn't help me, but was so disrespectful. This is the location on sawmill road in Columbus Ohio. I left the store and immediately called Verizon to begin the process of transferring my service.

My daughter and I were take. Care of by Parker Grosshartat at the Sawmill AT&T - he was the only employee there and was so patient and welcoming to all the customers . He was absolutely the best helping me get a new phone - my daughter even said that it was the quickest and most productive experience at AT&T. This man is in here giggling on the phone and messing around talking about his schedule. Why is he alone with no help? There’s like seven of us in here. If y’all see it’s just one worker. Save yourself an hour and drive to another store.

Horrible experience every time. Extremely long wait for assistance with absolutely no explanation as to why. We were given completely inaccurate information and the employee was unhelpful, unfriendly and didn’t know anything about a simple problem.

There was only one worker who, when we walked in, was working with someone. Waited for 45m without acknowledgement and there were no other customers in the store. Worker was on Facetime most of the time with someone (another worker?) who was helping him. Very weird.

They are not honest people. You will have to endure lengthy customer service calls to remove the costly extras they added to your account/line without obtaining your consent. Stay away...

Outstanding service! Robert was amazing,my husband and I had a very difficult time trying to download the app in order to register for our upcoming trip, they went totally mobile, so after straggling for a few days we decided to stop by at the AT&T store on Sawmill Road, and it took Robert one minute to see what the problem was. Such a relief! Thank you Robert! We appreciate you!

The store manager and district manager went above and beyond multiple days to get everything set up, working and billed correctly. The store manager even helped me out with a fuse in my car so my charger would work!!! So very grateful for their amazing service!!
