Horrible Service Provided. I got charged twice by the customer service representative. Realized it when I arrived home. So I decided to call and get this figured out. The person on the phone and at the store gave me so much attitude and unwillingness to understand our situation. I was trying to be nice and work with them but the way they treated me is no way to treat a customer.

I stopped in for headlights and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Auto stores can be somewhat daunting but I was put to ease quickly. Selene was an absolute doll. She was helpful, well educated and very personable. AutoZone you made a great hire with Selene!

This place sucks. There are 10 brain cells and apparently everyone has to share them. A simple question about wiper blade replacements becomes a mess with 2 employees unable to work a computer and a manger that permanently looks shell shocked. Never returning to this circus.

The manager told me I should smile while he was standing behind the counter not helping his 2 employees who were working to get through the line of 5+ customers. Worst order pick up experience I've ever had. I will be shopping at other stores that don't harass customers.

I went to their store on Sawmill and Selene D gave me such an attitude that I had to leave the store before buying a new battery. The worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. And she gave the same attitude to the guy in front of me.

I have been a customer for 7 years ago , I have a commercial account, never seen such rudeness in dealing as I saw from this employee!! You should pay attention to training and following up on your employees to ensure the success of your business.

Rude and disrespectful workers. this afternoon, the second shift fat guy was lazy to do the job and refused to return my items with no explanation. I had the receipt and the part was brand new never installed. Never come back again to this store bad bad customer service

I had my car scanned for a check engine light 1 out of the 2 problems was bad spark plugs the gentleman helped me get the spark plugs and Leslie was amazing she helped me with the tools and even came out and even helped me get the right parts to unscrew the bolts and screws i saved 200 dollars or more by coming here highly recommend

I used self checkout that a customer in the ridiculously long line pointed out. Came in to grab some brake light bulbs. My rating is based off the parking lot. This location is in Dublin. NO WAY THERE SHOULD BE THAT MANY POT HOLES. UNACCEPTABLE

The afternoon shift we came at 7:39 today and the cashier did not want to help the costumer’s and was treating us badly and he didn’t help us all he said was help yourself.
