The single star is bc I loved the table. However, when I contacted Arvs Furniture about defects on the table top, I was instructed to send photos. When I complied, I was offered 2 options...1 being a partial refund or 2, replace the table. After too many days, I was told I could only get a $20 refund. B4 purchasing, I read reviews, so I felt confident that I was dealing with a responsible business. When I told Avrs that I wanted a replacement, I was told that that would not happen. A return label was offered along with a refund, is too much hardship for this 70 year old woman, who already paid $60 to have it assembled, and would have to pay money again to have it disassembled, buy a large enough carbon and packing materials, as well as schlep it to shipping Iocation. In addition, I would not have a dining set in my kitchen. Buyers be cautious.

Love love love my chairs. I bought this and two other different sets. All arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Assembly instructions were very easy. It arrived on time for a family gathering and the seats were comfortable and firm. I got so many compliments.

We ordered custom sofa in March and they promised delivery by end of May or early June, we are in July now and there is no communication on the status of delivery!
