Horrible customer service!!! I went in there to pick up an online order. I was close to the area so I just wanted to see if it would ready. I would have been happy to wait until the next day, however they told me if I came back in like 20 minutes it would be ready.
I came back 20 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. The woman gave me a huge attitude and said it was another associates fault. Again, I would have gladly waited and just came back. Then the Karen popped in….What I am assuming was the manager started to scream about my order and said “We are 30 orders deep. If it’s not ready you tell them it’s not ready and that’s it!” This woman proceeded to talk crap about me right in front of me and in front of the entire store!
One employee was incredibly kind and got me my order. However, this woman on a power trip had to stand behind her and screamed I had to have my ID to get it.
I showed my ID while this woman proceeded to stare me down.
As I left I saw multiple employees sitting on their phones while customers swarmed around them.
I can understand being overwhelmed and having a lot going on. I however cannot understand a Karen on a power trip and a couple of kind and innocent wokers trying to pull the slack of a multitude of lazy ones. Needless to say, I will not be returning. The previous reviews for this establishment are very accurate. Try being a decent human being for once. This was a waste of my time and money.

This happened a few weeks ago. But my mom, cousin and I went into bath and body works and the two ladies up front essentially ignored us and were too busy gossiping with another customer. They never checked in on us. When my dad came in a few minutes later they quickly swarmed him. Even after that they still failed to check in with us. I felt bad for the young lady who was working register as her other employees were doing nothing to help out other than talk to each other.

I have like 30 bath and body works candles and I’m obsessed with all of them. The staff is always so nice and helpful with any questions I have. It’s always a win going in :)

Sales upon sales.... love their coupons too! Prices have definitely gone up but the quality has remained high. Their scents are fantastic!!

My wife recently tried to take advantage of a sale, ordering a couple hundred dollars' worth of candles from Bath and body works... Today, we received the order; 3 of the 10 candles were seriously damaged. Despondently, this is not the first time that this has happened to us... Yes we fault the delivery company, but Bath and Body works is also to blame, the candles were poorly packaged; the box had 2 very small inconspicuous labels to classify the package as, "fragile", this is unacceptable... When the preceding incident occurred it was a nightmare; we had to wait on hold with Bath and Body Works, for a lengthy period of time, we finally received another shipment, but of course most were damaged as well... It had been a while so for some reason we believed it would be different this time; we were mistaken... From now on, we will be receiving our candles, and additional products somewhere different, you can only get the best bargains through online transactions. Therefore, we will unquestionably not subject ourselves to the nightmare of making this mistake again...
