Actually, you can get through to BCU at the gated entrance at Cardinal Health, at least in Dublin, OH. All you need is to present a BCU credit card or debit card or some other type of BCU ID. It's easy and quick. Hope your next visit is a good one! God bless!

Please update the hours on Google. Lobby closes at 3pm. Also make sure you bring a card that states BCU on it. My card is from a division of BCU. Security was trying to get a hold of them on the phone to verify but of course they would not answer. Meanwhile I saw them in the office just hanging out.

I've held off for almost months to give this review out of fairness. Loved them until they outsourced their customer service... now you can't ever talk to anyone from the actual bank. The call center cannot handle much of anything. Asking to speak to the actual bank gets you nowhere. I get that COVID changed a lot of things for a lot of people, but 12 months later a lot of good businesses have figured it out. BCU unfortunately did not adapt.

For those that meet the membership requirements, BCU is the best place to bank! Their benefits and rates are outstanding and the people are the friendliest and most helpful you will encounter.
