Not sure how this place stays open. I got lost on my way to Walmart and bought an open box TV there. When I unwrapped it looked they opened the box and threw it down the stairs. Had to return it. Tried to sell me all kinds of warranty and annual subscription things.

I bought a Samsung S90D oled TV open box.I get the Best Buy.The TV doesn't have a stand and it's display model.I'm not buying a display model that TV's been on for 10 hours a day for however, many years they've had it.

I used to go there for my sprint/T-Mobil upgrade. Now the only cell providers they can help or upgrade are Verizon & At&T.
Good customer service. I will still shop there but it disappointing to learn about the cell service changes.

Bad service since yesterday I went to buy a cover on my phone and it was marked at 39.99 and when I went to pay they told me it cost 60.99 and the girl told me it was a lie and I went with her to the place and she saw that it cost 39.99 and called the store manager and he told me the real price is 60.99 is he going to take it or not and I left his cover there, that's why I rate it 1 star

Had to deal with an awful manager here trying to do a size exchange for an oura ring. Website said we get one free size exchange and the employee that sold it to us told us as much. This guy gave us the runaround for an hour saying we needed to pay an extra $100 because the "ring was bigger" ended up refunding and buying the ring from oura directly. The customer service was atrocious and it really felt like these people had no idea what they were doing. Don't count on any good help here, avoid this best buy at all costs

My friend went to buy a big screen tv on Halloween at the Dublin store .Too many details to post but he was treated so rudely that he literally walked out the store. He’s a well known barber and sees MANY CLIENTS DAILY. I was appalled! I contacted corporate a month ago but NO RESPONSE. We will never shop Best Buy again .

I'm revising my previous 5-star review based on a recent disappointing experience. As a healthcare professional and business owner locally who relies heavily on my laptop for work and studies, I expected better service, especially as a long-term Total Tech member.
Several months ago, I purchased a laptop here, originally promised a $200 discount that wasn't applied. Now that my laptop is experiencing charging issues, I sought assistance at this location. After a two-hour wait, my interaction with the store manager, Deiter, was unsatisfactory. When he finally arrived, he didn't acknowledge me or listen to my concerns, instead immediately attempting repairs without discussing the issue first.
The most frustrating aspects were:
- Poor communication between staff and management
- Lack of consideration for my time-sensitive needs as a working professional
- No attempt to explore immediate solutions, such as a replacement (which another location had previously offered in a similar situation)
- Dismissive handling of my interest in purchasing additional products (iPad)
Instead of offering solutions, I was simply handed corporate's contact information and told to wait for their decision. As a loyal Best Buy customer, I expected more proactive service and understanding. This experience has unfortunately led me to reconsider future purchases at this location.
I hope this feedback helps improve customer service, particularly for long-term customers who have been loyal.
