This is one of my wife's favorite stores because the truth is you can get a little bit of everything and the prices are a little lower, every time we need something from home the place we go is here. Very good service, I congratulate you.

Went in looking for a love seat, waited in the furniture department for 30 mins, asked 3 different employees for help they all stated someone would be over to help.After no one coming to help, I called another location to see if the item we wanted was available, which it was. The manager at the Hilliard location was willing to call the dublin store to get us help, we decided to shop from her location instead of a location that was not busy and no assistance.

This big lots sells everything from coffee makers to bedsheets to Furniture. The manager is very kind. The cashier is super sweet and they have so much food choices, Also. I love this shopping experience.

The worst big lots I have ever been to. They have a white male manager that hates helping customers of color. I get it. You're a white man who's racist But this is 2024 Customers of color are helping to put food on your table. We spend money We're helping generate that paycheck that's you're getting. Cancel racism cancel big lot.

That store manager Jeff is being racially discriminating towards customers of color. I have been in that store twice and I've asked for help from him and he has been very dismissive and walking away in the middle of me asking him questions about items I want to purchase at the store. I am a black woman, how hard can it be for a white store manager to answer a question about the items that he supposed to be selling to me. Jeff needs to be fired or he's going to get a biglot a lawsuit for racial discrimination against customers of color.

I ran in to purchase a few storage tubs of which they only had 3 in stock in the size I needed. Store was clean and orderly and the cashier was very friendly.
